Booking policy

All sessions must be booked in advance.

Payment must be made in full before the session unless agreed otherwise.

Health and safety 
Any medical conditions, injuries, or special needs must be disclosed before participation.

Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by coaches.

Weather and cancellations

Outdoor sessions may be affected by weather or safety conditions.

If we cancel a session, a replacement session or credit will be offered.
